Impressed with the friendliness and care I received

We were delighted when we received this letter from a happy customer, for whom we detected and treated her glaucoma.

Dear Specsavers Uxbridge

So often these days I find cause for complaint due to poor service. However, after my experience at your Specsavers store I am so impressed with the service I have received I wanted to bring it to your notice.

The eye test was so very thorough, it picked up a problem which turned out to be glaucoma. The local independent optician I have used for many years failed to pick this up, although it is quite advanced.

I am so impressed with the friendliness and care I have received from many members of your staff, I felt I wanted to say thank you. The optician Indi Marbay has given me far more help and encouragement than the eye clinic I am now attending.

All the staff members I have been in contact with have impressed me.

You now have at least three more clients due to my recommendation, all having the same opinion as me, so well done!
