Mayor of Greenwich, Councillor Mick Hayes paid a visit to Specsavers Eltham last week, to officially launch a dedicated audiology hub in the store.

About the audiology hub

The shop has undergone extensive renovations, including opening six clinics in-store, meaning more locals are able to book into have sight tests, with less waiting time. The store has also recently welcomed a dedicated hearing centre, to offer hearing tests out of the store six days a week. Wax removal services will also be offered.

Councillor Hayes was met by Specsavers director, optometrist Michael Williams, and new audiology director, Joseph Munyonga for a tour of the new store and its facilities.

A word from the Audiology Director:

‘We were so pleased the mayor could join us to relaunch the business’, says Joseph.

‘We’re dedicated to looking after the local community’s health and excited to offer these new services out of the store, and to welcome customers, new and old to Specsavers Eltham.’
