The team at Specsavers Croydon proudly show off their fantastic collection of gifts that were donated to disadvantaged children at Christmas.
As part of the Salvation Army’s 2017 Christmas Gift Appeal, the store volunteered themselves as a collection point for donations of unwrapped toys and gifts from customers.
Members of staff also contributed to the collection, with cuddly toys, board games and puzzles all among the presents donated.
Alison Gaskin, clinic co-ordinator at Specsavers Croydon, said: ‘It was a fantastic cause to get involved in and we hope that all of the presents donated went some way to ensuring that children within the local community were given a Christmas to remember.
‘We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our fantastic customers who contributed to the collection and we wish all of them a very happy new year.’
