Optical training success
Kingston optical assistant Gery Staneva is celebrating after completing further optical training in the field of contact lenses.
Gery, who joined the team in Kingston in September 2015, successfully received Cert 3 contact lens accreditation and will be looking in the future to pursuing a dispensing certification too.
Cert 3 qualifications are designed for those within the optical profession to progress and further their knowledge and career.
A word from Gery
Gery said: 'I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to develop and increase my skillset since joining Specsavers. In fact, it’s an exciting time for me both professionally and personally, as I’m soon to become a mother. 2017 is shaping up to be a wonderful year already.'
