The Flint store has been named the best in the region for customer service, beating almost 80 other stores.
Top of the Customer Service League
Specsavers on Church Street topped the Specsavers Customer Service League, after its service was rated more highly by customers than any other store.
Specsavers customers are encouraged to provide feedback after each visit using an online survey, and in 2015 Specsavers in Flint received the best feedback of all 78 stores across the North West and North Wales.
Elements of the survey include how well the store met the needs and preferences of customer, product quality, a smooth transition between optometrists and shop floor staff, customer loyalty to the store, interaction with store staff and length of waiting times.

Store manager Holly Franklin was presented with the award by Dame Mary Perkins, DBE, co-founder of Specsavers, in front of Specsavers store managers from across the UK.
Holly, who lives in Sealand, says: ‘This is a big achievement for our store, and we are so proud. We work really hard on our customer service, and always enjoy providing a great experience for those who visit our store.
