Sensitive service

‘I recently accompanied my daughter, who has autism, to an appointment to choose new glasses. 

‘We were served by Tom, who was excellent in explaining what the procedure was step by step, for example, saying that he would need to move close to her face to measure her eyes, rather than just moving into her personal space.  

‘She has had her eyes tested a number of times previously but has never had such sensitive service.  

‘Thank you!’
