Finding Dory colouring competition swims into Monmouth store

Specsavers in Monmouth is celebrating the launch of Disney’s Finding Dory with a colouring competition for local children.

Chance to win

Staff at Specsavers on Monnow Road are inviting children to colour in Finding Dory drawings, which are available in the store, to be in with a chance of winning colouring and sticker books.

The competition ties in with Specsavers’ launch of its own Finding Dory range, which includes four different underwater-inspired frames so children can channel their favourite fishy characters from the film.

The frames are designed to ensure the best anatomical fit for young faces, and are priced at £64 and free for under-16s with an NHS optical voucher. All come fitted with flex-hinges and scratch resistant lenses with a UV filter, and children can also choose an additional free pair of frames in the Specsavers’ kids get two free pairs offer.

New range of glasses

Peter Render, director at Specsavers in Monmouth, said: ‘Finding Dory is one of the most hotly anticipated films of the year and we’re very excited to be marking it by launching the new glasses range and encouraging our young customers to get creative during their school holidays by entering our colouring competition.

‘For anyone who wants to enter the competition, you just need to call into the store and pick up a drawing to complete.’

Winners of the Specsavers’ colouring completion will be drawn on Saturday 04 September.
