Specsavers in Farnham is delighted with a recent accolade that recognised its ongoing commitment to stellar customer service.
Winner - Best Customer Service
Out of 59 participating businesses in Farnham, Specsavers was voted best for customer service in a 'mystery shopper' review conducted by service experts, Shopper Anonymous Surrey. The award reflects the team's dedication to ensure that every customer who walks into the store has an experience that exceeds expectations.
Says store director Lateef Iqabal: "From toddlers to retired customers, every customer we see will always get Gold Standard service from my colleagues. We fully appreciate that our sight and our hearing are precious to us all so professionalism is paramount during consultations, plus our ongoing customer care. Our fantastic prices and excellent product choice is another reason why we retain such high levels of customer loyalty."
About the awards
The awards set out to protect the unique and eclectic High Street offer and communicate to residents of Farnham that the service you receive here in your home town will excel that of larger out-of-town shopping centres. The scheme ran by Farnham Town Council also provided support and advice to ‘Up Your Game’ - an initiative designed to help smaller independents with sound business advice.
Jim Smith of Shopper Anonymous said “The results in Farnham were excellent, and compare well with other towns in the South East. Most businesses do not get the chance to see themselves as customers and clients do, and that is most valuable. It will be up to them to learn from the exercise and improve. The people of Farnham can be proud of the excellence in the town, and that augurs well for attracting people from further afield, which will in turn improve business.”
