A director of a local opticians had a Father’s Day with a difference, raising vital funds in the process for charity.
Like Father like Son
Raj Kukadia, Director of Holborn and The Brunswick Centre in central London took part in The Henley on Thames triathlon and was accompanied by his nine year old son, Krishan, raising money for the Suhani Orphanage. Raj took on a 400m swim, 25km cycle and 5km run whilst Krishan attempted an equally challenging 50m swim, 2km cycle and 1km run.

Raj said: ‘After recently competing in the Three Peaks Challenge it felt good to get involved again with another fundraiser for such a worthy charity. The level of support and generosity I received from my family, colleagues and the community was overwhelming. What made it even more special was the fact that my son Krishan was with me’
