A Greenock opticians is celebrating success this autumn with not one, but two team members earning new qualifications.
Specsavers in Oakmall Shopping Centre is toasting colleagues Jemma Quinn and Zoe Gillen, after they each completed SQA retail certificates with Skills Development Scotland.
The pair gained enhanced training in customer service and supporting specialised product selections.

‘They’re often the first people customers meet when they visit our store and we were delighted to support them as they upskilled.

Specsavers has had a presence in Greenock for the last three decades and its optical and audiology teams support 10,000 local residents every year.
