Specsavers in Falmouth has been refurbished to provide residents with state-of-the-art eye and hearing care.
The newly renovated store boasts a fresh new look, including the addition of a dedicated hearing room to provide both private and NHS hearing services. A sophisticated fundus camera and extra testing rooms have also been installed, with five rooms, one of which is a contact lens room.
The upgraded fundus camera, a photographic tool with a high magnifying lens, can be used on select patients to detect early signs of diabetes. The test takes as little as 30 seconds to determine any signs of the disease and can alert patients to a need for treatment sooner rather than later.
A word from the director
Store director, Gillian Sanguinette, said: ‘We would like to thank our customers for their continued support and we look forward to welcoming them in to store for optical and hearing services. Our customers are always our number one priority and the refit is designed around enhancing our services and improving their experience in store.
‘Although we have a new look, our dedicated team of professionals are here to help and provide a friendly service.’
