Staff at Specsavers in Harborne have received a glowing recommendation from a very satisfied customer.
When the customer, who wishes to remain anonymous, first visited the store following spells of dizziness, Amit Madlani, store director, carried out an eye examination with ‘a perfect combination of warmth, professionalism and expertise.’
Several months later, the customer broke his only pair of specs and decided to pay another visit to Specsavers.
‘Stacey totally understood my concerns and booked me in at very short notice to see Amit,’ wrote the satisfied visitor. ‘Amit greeted me by name, like an old friend. This was incredibly impressive as he must see thousands of people a year.
‘Amit took me through the features and benefits of a range of frames and helped me pick out a few possible frames that would suit my face. Becky helped me by taking several photos of five frames I liked. She was so friendly and bubbly, she made a difficult task much easier,’ he continued.
Amit was overjoyed to hear of the customer’s experience in the store and said: ‘We all work very hard to help our customers get the most out of their visit to the store. We’re so pleased that the visitor was satisfied with the service he received and we look forward to seeing him again soon.’
