Specsavers staff in Egham are encouraging parents to bring their children into store during half term for a routine sight test.

Eye checks from an early age

During the school holidays, staff are welcoming families into store to stress the importance of visiting an optician from a young age.

Helen Belkhodja, store director at Specsavers Egham, said: ‘One out of every four children has an undetected vision problem, despite eighty per cent of learning being accomplished through our vision.

‘It is vital that parents take their kids for a regular sight test. Our team of professional staff are on hand to offer help and advice, and we have an extensive range of kids’ frames to suit all tastes.’
