Eggs for eye test supports children in hospital in Redditch
Specsavers Redditch are offering free sight tests for customers who bring in an Easter egg – so that the Easter bunny has plenty of supplies for the children at Alexandra Hospital, Redditch.
The team are running the initiative from Monday 30 March until Easter Saturday, when the collected eggs will be taken to the hospital and distributed among the patients on the children’s ward.
Customers booking in a sight test during this time will not be charged if they bring in an Easter egg. We all thought it was a fantastic way to give something back this Easter,’ said Redditch Specsavers store director, Ian Bowers.
‘Hopefully plenty of people will take us up on the offer to ensure the Easter bunny has plenty of eggs to go round when he visits the hospital!’
