Dear Specsavers Plymouth,

From the time Rebekah Baxter spoke and got me to sit down, she made me feel like a customer. She took time to explain to me what I needed and took my hand to select a new pair of frames, telling me what I needed to suit my face and also which frames would fit my lenses as I have one very weak eye.

She made me feel very calm and special whilst in the shop. She even took time to clean my glasses and tightened up the arms so they would keep me going as my new glasses would take over 7-10 days to be made.
