Dear Specsavers Chorley

28 October, 2014

Dear Specsavers,

Thank you for your time the other day when I called to notify the death of my father-in-law, John. My husband’s parents only moved back to Chorley recently and John was desperately in need of new hearing aids and glasses.

Looking on the internet Specsavers seemed to be able to offer the ideal solution for the elderly housebound. From the very first phone call I was very impressed by the approach and helpfulness of all the people that I spoke with.

John himself could not praise Specsavers enough. Firstly he received a thorough optical examination and glasses by two lovely staff members, Zetun and Charlotte.

We unfortunately had to call Charlotte back when we stupidly had his glasses adjusted in store without John present. She seemed to be at his side sorting them out before I had put down the phone.

Then they met Colin who arranged new hearing aids for him. Again John thought he was such a lovely person to deal with. It is very important to feel comfortable with people who are attending to you in your own home.

All the staff at the store have been fantastic. Special thanks to Julie who really went out of her way to try to obtain John's hearing aid records from the Wirral for us.

Fantastic service. Thank you so very much.

Kind regards,

Mr and Mrs H, Chorley
