A Dunfermline High School’s Cycle Speedway team, which is sponsored by Specsavers, came out on top at the Scottish Championships.
The Queen Anne High School students were thrilled to be representing their school at national level and raced extremely well against other teams from around the Fife and Edinburgh area.
With two points behind, with three races left, it was a nervous time for the team but captain, Harry Langdale, secured their victory in the last race.
The team are now determined to continue with their good run of form and next up will be the Fife Championship.
Specsavers partnered with the club in Queen Anne High School to provide new strips for the team.
Cycle Speedway is an intense cycle sport, short races involve four riders who compete over four laps of the track.
