Specsavers stores across Kent are encouraging their customers to raise funds for their favourite charity – and have some fun at the same time – by signing up to take part in the 2019 KM Colour Run.
Booking is now open for the annual event, taking place at Betteshanger Park near Deal on Sunday 9 June.
Take part and have a laugh
Participants can walk, jog or run the 5km distance while being covered in coloured powder along the way.
It is £20 to enter (£12 for accompanied children aged 4 to 16, and free for under 4’s) and includes a limited edition t-shirt, a pair of sunglasses, a bag of coloured powder and a medal for completing the run.
Do your bit for charity
Jason Gillan, store director in Canterbury, Faversham and Herne Bay and regional chair for the stores in Kent, said: ‘We are proud to be key partner for the KM Colour Run 2019, as it does a terrific job of bringing people together to raise funds for a wide range of good causes.
‘So why not don your trainers for the day and do your bit for your favourite charity.’
