The team at the Lincoln High Street store have been praised for their excellent and professional service by four customers, who have left positive feedback about their Specsavers experience.

Thanks for Rachel

One customer left some feedback for staff member Rachel, who helped them out with a problem with their contacts.

The customer said: ‘An extra big thank you to Rachel who dealt with my contact lens issue.’

Exemplary and friendly service

Another customer has shown their thanks for staff member Mr Patel, as well as the entire team, for their excellent Specsavers store visit.

The customer said: ‘From the moment we entered the store I was treated with efficient, exemplary and friendly service.’

‘Mr Patel’s care and expertise during my visit ensured that my vision was not jeopardised.’

Twice the thanks for Adam

Store apprentice Adam, who has only recently started working at the Lincoln High Street store, has been praised by two customers this month.

Mr Payne left feedback to say how he will definitely revisit the store in future thanks to Adam’s ‘polite, patient and knowledgeable’ service.

Another customer commented on how ‘professional and respectful’ Adam was when they visited the store recently.
