Pauline was recently praised on an online customer feedback message for great service.

Miss Palmer wrote

‘I live in Cardiff but I’m currently working in Livingston and forgot to bring spare contact lenses with me. I called your Livingston branch and spoke to Pauline who offered to contact my local branch in Wales to determine my prescription.

'Pauline managed to get all the information she needed and was able to offer me lenses and although they were not my normal brand they were my prescription and a perfect solution to my problem.

She was delightful, efficient and had even left a note for colleagues advising that I was coming to collect them incase she missed me. Great customer service Pauline - keep up the great work.’
