The team at Specsavers in Clifton were praised by a recent customer for their helpful, friendly and professional approach to customer service.

‘After visiting the Clifton branch to purchase some contact lenses, I was told that my sight test was out of date.
After purchasing the lenses I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a sight test the very next lunchtime at a time that suited me. During the sight test I received very friendly customer service from both the store assistants and the optician. The different options available to me through the lensmail scheme were explained thoroughly as well as the different lenses/frames for my new glasses. I was also advised that I needed to update my contact lens prescription and again was offered an appointment the very next day, where I received helpful advice and friendly customer service throughout this appointment.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service given and the manner of everyone in the store, on all of the three days that I visited.’
