Customer service has the wow factor
Two Leeds customers have praised staff at their local Albion Street store for their excellent customer service.
The customers both visited the store for eye health checks and praised staff for their polite and professional advice.
One customer commented: ‘I had to go back to Specsavers with a continuing problem with my glasses. I was given help and advice by Hannah Bentley and I cannot praise her enough, she immediately understood the problem and very thoroughly set about resolving it. I found Hannah very sympathetic, polite and above all very professional.’
Keeping your eye health in check
Specsavers Albion Street store director, Mark Richardson, said: ‘Whenever a customer comes to us with concerns about their sight, we always do everything we can to get to the bottom of the problem.
‘We typically recommend going for an eye test every two years but it is important to book an appointment if you have any concerns or you notice a sudden change in your vision.’
