'I wanted to express in an email how pleased I was with my experience at the North Bridge Specsavers.
'I hadn't had an eye test for at least 15 years, but I'm glad I booked one now, not only because I ultimately do require glasses, but also due to the exceptional customer service that the staff exhibited.
'Each member of staff that I dealt with, from those on the shop floor to the optometrist, were exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I went in with no knowledge at all of the vocabulary or terminology around glasses, but left feeling that I understood my prescription, that I had been well advised on my options, and that the staff had treated me absolutely as well as they possibly could have.
'I cannot remember ever having written an email either praising or complaining about a customer service experience but I felt the need this time. The atmosphere in the store created by the staff was so relaxed and pleasant.
