Customer happy with first class service

The Bedford team have been praised in a recent online customer feedback message for their high standard of service in all areas of the service she received at the store.

‘Upon arrival I was cared for immediately, with a lady taking my details, then after a short wait, I was taken through for the first small eye examination. Then, knowing that the optometrist that I was due to see was running a little behind schedule, I was efficiently seen by another member of staff who could fit me in.

'The optometrist seemed like a lovely man and was very thorough. I also enquired how soon I would be able to pick up me new prescription as I had my driving test on the Friday. With no hesitation the store sorted this so that my glasses would be ready in time.

Overall I was completely satisfied with the service received today and think you should be proud of the team there.’
