Specsavers opticians Leigh receives thankful feedback from a customer

A recent customer who visited the Specsavers store in Leigh has left some great feedback thanking all of the staff for their caring and helpful service.

Mr Minton says:
‘I have dementia and accidently booked an appointment with a company I thought was Specsavers. When I arrived to the store, Alex who welcomed me and went out of his way to get me an appointment.’

‘Then, I saw a Mr. Patel, who treated me and discovered an abnormality which he immediately wrote forward to my GP.’

'All the staff were very understanding and caring, please give my thanks to these to people and all who work there.’

At Specsavers we always strive to provide the highest level of customer service and care so its great to receive such positive feedback from our customers.
