Specsavers Corstorphine has sponsored a trip for a local community sight loss group.

The store donated £310 to the Corstorphine connect sight loss group to take members on a special day trip to the Kelpies - the world’s largest equine sculpture.

A word from the store director

Adam Gordon, store director, said: ‘As the only opticians now on the local high-street, Specsavers Corstorphine were delighted to sponsor the day trip for the group.

Feedback from members was very positive and the group had a wonderful afternoon in the sunshine.’

The store is continuing its work within the community with fundraisers for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
