The annual Christmas bake off has taken place at Specsavers in Chippenham, raising £110 for charity.

Making a donation to enter, 18 members of the team donned aprons and got out their rolling pins to take part, each baking a sweet treat. These were then judged by the rest of the team, using a scoring system to pick the winner. In a very closely fought contest, three finalists were chosen; Jo Stewart, Sam Wiltshire and Abi Housley.

Eventual joint winners Jo and Sam, who made a ginger cake and Christmas cupcake wreath respectively, were then given the choice of which charity should get the money. Both picked the Royal United Hospital Forever Friends Cancer Unit in Bath.
