I have been a client of the Nottingham Specsavers ever since it opened on Pelham Street in Nottingham about 30 years ago, when I was fitted for my first pair of contact lenses. Literally I have never looked back! 

I have always been highly satisfied with the quality of testing, advice given and after sales follow up. I first met Suzanne on a routine contact lens check two and a half years ago. I found Suzanne to be of a pleasant disposition, very professional and thorough in her approach to the testing of my eyes, comfort of my lenses and advice regarding recommended times to keep my lenses in on a daily/weekly basis. I was so impressed by the overall service which I received from her that I decided to ask for her by name when, a few months later, I requested a check following some discomfort and prickliness which I had never before experienced.

Over a period of several months, Suzanne persevered in trying to find me the best comfort in contact lenses, from the highly oxygenating type to a new version on which she had just received training and was not widely available. In the end she succeeded and I was highly delighted, her patience, understanding and determination on my behalf had paid off.

In 2012, I was unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with a Macular hole in my left eye which required surgery. It was thanks to Suzanne’s vigilance and careful monitoring of my vision over a few months which led to my referral through Ravi, the manager, and promptly to a consultant at Queen’s Medical Centre. I cannot praise or thank Suzanne enough for the service and dedication she has shown.
