Cleethorpes opticians to invest thousands in redevelopment project

21 November, 2014

People in Cleethorpes will soon benefit from the most up-to-date optical services, thanks to the refitting of their local Specsavers.

Specsavers in Cleethorpes are investing almost £50,000 in order to enhance the in store facilities. The improvements mean Specsavers can meet the needs of a growing customer base in Cleethorpes. The new-look store will feature an additional dispensing desk and testing room, and incorporate the latest state-of-the-art equipment.

More appointments for growing customer base

Speaking about the project, Gill Williams, store director at Specsavers in Cleethorpes, said: ‘The refitting and investment in the latest technology will allow us to deliver a standout service for even more customers in the local area.

The whole team is really excited to get the work underway and we hope it will be completed within the next six months.’

Best customer service in the region

The award-winning store has recently taken the regional accolade for Best Customer Service, an area in which the team hopes to go from strength to strength. Going from two to three testing rooms will mean the store can offer more appointments and reduce wait times for customers.
