Cirencester opticians focus on festival fun
Specsavers opticians in Cirencester will be joining in the fun at the Phoenix Festival later this month.
Setting up store in one of the gazebos at the Abbey Grounds between 27 – 28 August, the team will be providing goody bags and running prize competitions for festival-goers, with the chance to win a free pair of glasses.
The goody bags for adults and children will contain glasses cases, pens, magazines, balloons and high-vis jackets to keep the youngsters in sight.
Store director, Kelly-Anne Nelson said, ‘The Phoenix Festival has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2013 and supports local bands, artists, food producers, charities and businesses. We are a local business, run by local people and the festival provides an opportunity for people to get to know the team who work in our little shop on Cricklade Street.’
‘The success of our business is down to the support we receive from local people so a big thank you must go to everyone that has come through our doors over the years.’
The two-day Phoenix festival will feature eclectic music from the Cotswolds region and wider area, and will also feature children’s activities and youth scene performance arts. The event provides an opportunity for young people to work behind the scenes with industry experts to deliver the event. To find out more, visit www.phoneix-festival.co.uk
