A Specsavers customer in Beeston had a surprise windfall this month, when she was chosen as the winner of £500 for submitting her feedback.

The lucky customer, Jacqueline, submitted her ‘Maze’ feedback survey rating her experiences at the Beeston store, which automatically entered her into a nationwide prize draw to win £500.
‘We really appreciate hearing about each customers’ specific visit, to help ensure complete customer satisfaction and improve our service in the future,’ said store director, Krishna Parmar.
‘We receive the feedback directly so that we can follow up on any concerns that are commented on.’
The 'Maze' survey will land via email 14 days after an initial glasses visit and 48 hours after a contact lens or hearcare visit. Every Specsavers customer who completes our survey and leaves their contact details is entered into the monthly draw. The prize is a token of thanks for all the customers who have helped Specsavers improve the service.
