Staff at Specsavers on Queen Street have raised money for Children in Need by spending the day dressed in their comfiest pyjamas.

Extend life choices

The team donned their bedtime outfits throughout a working day in the store, raising £58.44 for the charity.

Children in Need works nationwide to provide funding for thousands of projects throughout the UK, with the aim of helping disadvantaged children to extend their life choices.

‘Digging out colourful onesies’

James Deavall, director of Specsavers in Cardiff, said: ‘It was great seeing members of our team digging out their best colourful onesies, pyjamas and slippers in support of such a wonderful cause.

‘Children in Need has supported disadvantaged children for years and we were excited to lend a helping hand to this initiative again this year as it makes such a real difference to the children it supports. Thank you to everyone who donated.’
