Third time’s a charm. Caernarfon tops customer service league

For the third year running, Specsavers Caernarfon are celebrating after being named the best in the region for customer satisfaction, triumphing over more than 75 other stores.

Specsavers on Bridge Street has topped the company’s customer service league in 2013, 2014 and 2015, as its service has been rated as good or better by more customers than any other store.

Throughout the last year, every Specsavers store in the country has been visited by six mystery shoppers, and judged on its eye tests and customer service quality. Every Specsavers customer has also been emailed a feedback questionnaire following their visit.

The customer feedback and mystery shopper results combined reveal that Specsavers in Caernarfon gives the best service of any Specsavers store in the whole of North Wales and the North West of England.

The store is run by director Dyfan Jones, of Hendre Park in Caernarfon. He said: ‘We’re absolutely thrilled to have come top of the league yet again. We challenge ourselves every day to give the best service possible, and we never rest on our laurels. We genuinely enjoy helping our customers when they come into store, and that clearly shows as we’ve been awarded the hat-trick.

We are really grateful to our customers for their continued support and for helping us to achieve this feat. We may have an unfair advantage over other stores who don’t get to work with Caernarfon locals every day! The store has only been open for three and a half years, so this is a big achievement. The business is going from strength to strength which I believe is down mainly to customer service. We’ll be working hard to keep up our track record during the next 12 months and beyond.’
