Specsavers staff in Brecon have cycled 250 miles as part of the store’s campaign to support Red Nose Day.
Staff at the High Street store took turns to cycle a static bike in store to cover the distance in an effort to raise donations for the charitable cause.
Funny for money
In the run up to Red Nose Day, staff and customers at the Brecon store also made their faces funny for money with Specsavers’ official Red Nose Day glasses, for just £3 with £1 donated to Comic Relief.
Specsavers in Brecon joined Specsavers stores nationwide to support Comic Relief to help poor and vulnerable people living tough lives both here in the UK and across Africa.
Truly fantastic cause
Clare Corcoran, store director of Specsavers in Brecon, said: ‘We covered around 50 miles a day on the static bike, and didn’t forget to make our faces funny all the while to really get behind this truly fantastic cause.’
