Specsavers in Blackwood has extended its opening hours and is now open every Sunday from 10am to 4pm, ensuring that finding time to visit the store is easier than ever.

First Sunday customer

The store on High Street is open seven days a week offering high-quality optical services to the Blackwood community.

As part of its extended opening hours, Specsavers offered its first Sunday customer 10% off their frame order.

Jayne Blakeney received the discount on her FCUK glasses, which were fitted by dispensing assistant Layana Edwards.

Customer experience

Jonathan Evans, store director at Specsavers in Blackwood, said: ‘The customer experience is hugely important to us at the store, and is at the heart of how Specsavers operates. By extending our opening hours it gives people an extra day a week to access our services, from sight tests to hearing tests and more time to pop in to pick up a prescription. We hope to welcome many new and returning customers to the store on Sundays.’
