I must tell you about the excellent service my aunt and I received. Last Tuesday morning I telephoned your branch asking if someone could help me and get replacement glasses for my aunt as hers had been lost while in hospital.
My call was answered by Lynne Ball who asked me to contact the ward to see when it would be convenient for her and a colleague to visit my aunt to measure her for new glasses. I did this immediately and rang her back.
She told me they would go as soon as possible and get things sorted out. I was very impressed! You can imagine my amazement when only a couple of hours later I received another call to say she and Joy Phillips had been to the hospital, measured my aunt, gone back to Specsavers, chosen a suitable frame, had the glasses made and been back to hospital to fit them on my aunt and made sure she was happy with them!
When I went to visit her later that evening, Aunt Florence was a different lady as she could now see her television and more importantly the people around her. She was delighted and could not stop talking about the two lovely ladies who had been to see her!
Excellent service is very rare and you should be very proud of your staff.
