Specsavers on Victoria Square has suspended all routine testing for the foreseeable future to focus on essential and urgent care only, particularly for key workers.DrLaugharne needed the prescribed reading glasses to help carry out his vital work.
While Dr Laugharne is working long hours, his wife was able to arrange the replacement glasses on his behalf, over the phone with Tara Ward, Specsavers store manager.
