All ears at local audiologists’ hearing event

04 March, 2016

Customers at a local West Bromwich hearing centre will benefit from free hearing tests, specialist talks and giveaways at their Hearing Event on 2 March, to raise awareness of ear health and hearing loss.

Staff at the Specsavers store in West Bromwich, will be promoting the importance of regular hearing tests by donning the Specsavers ‘Big Ear’ and giving away hearing-related goodies. Customers can take advantage of free, no obligation, hearing assessments, after which a specialist will discuss their options if they are found to have hearing loss.

Hearing aid specialists will also be giving talks on the day, covering hearing loss symptoms, keeping your ears healthy and hearing aids.

Michelle Powell, store director, said: ‘We’re really looking forward to our big hearing event. It’s a great opportunity to make our customers aware of the importance of good ear health. Not enough people get their ears tested as it’s something that’s often associated with age, but ear problems can affect everyone, and your hearing can fade gradually without you really noticing. Our hearing screenings are no-obligation, and if customers find they have hearing problems, our specialists will work with them to provide the best individual hearing solution and aftercare possible.’

Customers that find hearing aids are right for them can take advantage of Specsavers’ offers, including:

•    Hearcare Clear Price: guarantee you won’t find better value – or we’ll repay you double the difference*
•    free aftercare
•    four years’ free batteries
•    four-year guarantee

*Best value guarantee applies to two hearing aids.
