A thankful customer
A customer who contacted the St. Helens store wanted to let Specsavers know that the staff there had gone out of their way to help her out.
‘I just wanted to email to give you some praise regarding the lady I spoke to at Specsavers called Carol. I needed an appointment quite quickly and, as the St Helens store was busy, she offered to call round a few other opticians for me.’

‘I'm sure she didn't have to do this but in an age when customer service is often lacking, I was really pleased she did this for me.
‘She managed to get me an appointment for the next day at Boots in the same town.
‘Although I will be going to a different store to get my eye looked at as they have the earliest appointment, I just wanted to let you know that in future I will be getting my annual eye checks done at Specsavers because you clearly go above and beyond what is necessary for the customer.’
