The team at Specsavers Wolverhampton celebrated the Queen’s 90th birthday in style with a patriotic-themed event in aid of their chosen charity, Promise Dreams.

Sporting red, white and blue outfits, as well as holding a themed bake sale in return for donations, staff were able to kick off their fundraising for the children’s charity.

‘We’ve had a very busy few months organising our fundraising efforts for Promise Dreams and the Queen’s birthday was a fantastic opportunity for us to have some fun while raising money for this very worthy cause,’ said store director, Hasan Abdulla.

Launched in 2001, Promise Dreams provides support for terminally ill children and their families by making dreams come true. Helping to give children time away from hospital, providing specialist equipment or even arranging for them to meet their favourite celebrity, the charity helps families to create memories to last a lifetime.
