Supporting the ongoing success of colleagues
Specsavers in Hayes prides itself on its professionalism and assisting the team with their career progression. Says store director Irinder Khakha: 'It was a delight to stand shoulder to shoulder with two of our trainee optometrists, seeing them receive their formal qualifications and we all have great expectations as their careers progress. It was also great to receive my additional diploma and certificates on the day too, and hopefully illustrates to the team and the wider community our commitment to ensure we as directors keep evolving our knowledge and expertise too.'
