I used to be able to wear any type of glasses until about 6 years ago, when I had an accident where I fell over in the shower and hit my head. Since then I have spent about two thousand pounds on different types of glasses because it was so hard to find any that would fit me. The opticians I saw saw were never very concerned about how the frames fitted and in the end I became so frustrated I thought I have to try Specsavers.

From the moment I walked into the Specsavers Finchley store I was treated with respect and all the staff were willing to help with anything I needed. A lady by the name of Sarah was particularly helpful. After I told her everthing that had happened to me she was more that helpful, stating that it was 'no problem' and that we would sort it out together. That really touched me, to have somebody who genuinely wanted to listen and help me. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Sarah and the staff at north Finchley for listening and helping me, you've really helped make my life easier. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
