Would there be a problem if I rubbed my eyes in my sleep while wearing continuous wear contact lenses?

Answer:

Contact lenses are designed to centre themselves on the cornea.

If your lenses are pushed off-centre when you rub your eyes, the natural movement of your eyes while you sleep will help move them back into position.
