What should I do if I'm losing my hearing?

Answer:

Acknowledging that you might have hearing loss and accepting that you may need to take action is an important step, but remember that there is plenty of help and support available.

If your hearing loss is very mild you may not need hearing aids at this stage, and some simple practical adjustments may be all you need.

You may benefit from a hearing test and advice from a qualified hearing professional.
