Profoundly deaf father-in-law

My father in law is 88 and profoundly deaf in both ears and is struggling with NHS devices and lengthy waits at hospitals when attending appointments. Are there any devices that you stock that would be suitable for him. I know that you cannot be specific but I would like to know if there is hope for him before I mention the possibility. Have established that the Brentwood hearing centre is his nearest.

Answer:

Treating profound hearing loss is always a challenge for Hearing Care Professionals. Whilst many customers do benefit from super power hearing aids, we cannot replace the hearing that has been lost. Have a chat with the audiologist at your local store as they may be able to suggest additional listening devices that may be of some benefit.
