How often should I change my tubes and domes?

I have had my hearing aids since November and would like to know how often should I change the tubing and domes on the ends. Where do I get them from please?

If you have a regular cleaning and maintenance routine for your hearing aids, the domes and tubing should last between six and twelve months, dependent on how often you wear them. Keeping them free of wax and debris on a daily basis by wiping with a tissue and pushing the cleaning wire through the tubing, is an excellent way to increase their lifespan. That said, they will have to be periodically changed and replacement supplies are available from your local Hearing Centre.
