Rob Marsden's team from Specsavers Ashford and Bybrook took a call from a worried mum about her son who had been suffering from headaches, double vision and seeing black spots. The team saw him the same day as urgent care was required. John, the optician, sent the boy straight to A&E which eventually led to a sight-saving operation.
