Precision engineers, HV Wooding has renewed its eyecare contract with Specsavers Corporate Eyecare and is now making use of the new collateral to communicate the policy to staff.
Posters, handouts, and an employee guide are all now available to clients to promote the importance of eyecare and guide staff through the process of making an appointment and redeeming their corporate eVouchers for eyetests and glasses, if required.
The local Specsavers store also keeps HV Wooding up to date with new frame ranges, as they become available, ensuring their staff know exactly what is on offer.
HV Wooding provides eVouchers for prescription safety glasses for their staff that work in production, and eyetests and glasses, if required for DSE use, for its office staff.
Jennie Olsen, HR Officer for HV Wooding says: ‘We are very happy to renew our contract with Specsavers, the new communication materials really support the proposition and help us let our staff know exactly what’s available to them. The new eVoucher system is incredibly easy to use, for both us and our staff: we benefit from a reduction in admin and our staff benefit from the easy-to-use system too.
‘We’re very happy with the service from Specsavers, we get full support, advice when needed, as well as a friendly and personal service.’
Suzanne Randall, corporate account manager for Specsavers Corporate Eyecare said: ‘We’re always looking at ways to keep eyecare front of mind for the staff of our clients, and make it as easy as possible for our clients to administer their eyecare policy. We endeavour to build long-term relationships and so we’re really pleased that HV Woodley has renewed their contract.’
