Anglian Water appoints Specsavers Corporate Eyecare to implement eyecare to 3,000 staff
Following an exhaustive tendering process, Anglian Water has appointed Specsavers Corporate Eyecare to implement its eyecare policy to 3,000 of its staff. Specsavers was rated highly in terms of value for money and efficiency as well as offering the capability for the company to administer the whole process online.
Anglian Water provides eVouchers to all its office-based staff that use display screen equipment (DSE) and extends this to its field staff that use mobile toughbooks. Prescription safety glasses are also offered to staff where relevant.
All eVouchers are sent electronically and the whole process is managed online, so at the click of a button Anglian Water can order its eVouchers, distribute them to staff, see who has redeemed them and chase those that haven’t. It also facilitates the whole budgeting process, so the company can see exactly what it’s spent and plan for the future.

We can see exactly how many eVouchers we’ve ordered and who has and hasn’t redeemed them. Feedback from our staff is great too. They are very pleased with the choice - they can see all the frames in every store, plus they have the choice to upgrade to different frames and make use of any in-store offers. We’re delighted with the service.’
Premium club is built into every eVoucher and allows family members of staff to benefit from money off and instore discounts, further extending the benefit.
