Buying glasses online - step by step
With over 1,500 frames available to buy online – starting at only £25 – and the backup support of over 600 UK stores, buying glasses online at Specsavers couldn't be easier. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Choose your frames and options from our extensive ranges
...such as one of our designer ranges, varifocal lenses or an anti-reflection coating.
2. Enter your details, including your prescription
Register your details and select a convenient Specsavers store to supply and fit your glasses. Then enter your prescription - your optician is legally required to provide you with your prescription. Use our walkthrough or call Freephone 0808 172 0072 for more help.
You can still buy online without a prescription; we'll arrange an eye examination at your local Specsavers store before your glasses are measured and made. After providing this information you can pay securely online. We accept all major credit cards, and if you have an NHS optical voucher you can put this towards the cost.
3. Have your glasses fitted
Within two working days, your selected store will phone to arrange an appointment when our trained staff will check that your new glasses fit perfectly and that you have clear, comfortable vision. Your glasses may be ready that day, but if more time is needed we’ll discuss the options of revisiting or posting you your glasses.
